Egan's Landing, a Prime Neighborhood on Amelia Island.

Located in the city of Fernandina Beach, Egan’s Landing is a planned community consisting of 81 homes built on a private street and cul-de-sac: Robert Oliver Avenue and Robert Oliver Court. The first home was built in 1996.

As locations go, this one is near perfect. The Atlantic ocean is close enough for many of the residents to hear the ocean waves. And the homes on the west side of the Avenue overlook the natural beauty of Egan's Creek, the island’s most popular wildlife sanctuary.

The neighborhood is a tight-knit community that believes in getting to know your neighbors, just one of the reasons it truly is the best neighborhood on Amelia Island. Other benefits of the community include a neighborhood pool and use of a shaded walkway which leads towards the beach, reducing the walking time to the ocean.

Egan's Landing is governed by an Owner's Association and requires quarterly assessments. Benefits of the quarterly assessments includes:
